WELCOME TO PAPASLAND FAMILY EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION INC

Our goal is to provide educational assistance, food, and transportation services to some of the neediest citizens in the Metro DC area and in Africa, starting in Ondo Town, Nigeria. We are at the very beginning of a long-term project to help people here and in Africa overcome the consequences of poverty.

People in the DC area often have trouble reaching medical appointments because they lack means of transportation – many places aren’t on bus and Metro lines.

We are just getting started, but in 2016 we delivered three shipments of food and other items to Ondo Town, Nigeria.In Nigeria, extreme poverty makes the transportation problem even worse. Poverty has many other consequences there as well. Education is too expensive for many people. A lack of education and money causes many parents to marry off their young daughters. Similar problems may be found in many other African Countries.

Papas Land Family Educational Advancement International Foundation, is determined to help people here and in Africa overcome some of the challenges that poverty brings. You can learn more about the problem of child marriage or about our programs on the Programs page.

We invite you to take a little time to learn more about our organization. We have been granted 501(c)3 status and have set up a permanent office in the DC area, to supplement our African office.

We are always taking donations of money, food, and professional services too!
